We're not here to police your speech but if Johhny law says moderate there will be penalties. This first and foremost is don't yell fire in a crowded theater as that was the first legal limit on the First Amendment. Other than that, it's your mouth, use it according to your own conscience. Too many reports of another user will get a penalty  for both until we decide who gets a permaban, and that may come down to who was funnier, so try your hardest to take a joke..
