    After the dual level intake gasket replacement the fucking rust inside the block was un-fucking believable. I ran it everyday with distilled water and three rounds of rust remover to get the bleed off clear enough to put coolant back in. I switched to green FROM gm 96 orange at the same time. Either 96 and later is specifically designed to rust trough blocks or somebody filled the damn thing full of salt at some point. Replaced reservoir as well, as it was caked with rust and water pump barely ran chewing up rust chunks
